Mirrors
The Mirrors collection is part of the artist's latest project that takes inspiration
from "Kintsugi", an ancient Japanese practice of welding the fragments of an object with gold dust and the deeper meaning of the secret art of repairing the visible and invisible wounds of the soul, enhancing our fragilities with gold and making us stronger.
Mirrors more than anything else represent fragility and strength at the same time,
they are unique and unrepeatable: "There will never be a mirror that can resemble
another. They are just like the breaks in our soul, everyone has their own".

"When I reconstruct my mirrors, I try not to do it by putting the pieces back exactly as they were but I recompose them by looking at them from another perspective, so that what seems distorted, in truth, corresponds to reality."
